The Season

THE SEASON EVENTS COURSE IN LONDON

Our Season Events Course has been meticulously crafted to equip women with the essential skills to navigate and participate in British season events gracefully and confidently. The course aims to instil the necessary poise and savoir-faire in participants, enabling them to readily embrace invitations to attend the esteemed and popular social summer gatherings of the UK.

In our Season Events Course, you will be introduced to the historical background of various events, their contemporary expectations, the proper procedure for ticket booking within designated enclosures, comprehension of dress codes, anticipated protocols for attendance, and strategies for maximising your experience during the occasion.

The course will cover the significance of avoiding social mistakes and explore whether the main reason for attending a season event is to find an eligible bachelor!

Of course, the tradition of debutantes being presented at court before the season begins has been discontinued, and the societal elite of the Regency era, known as the ton, no longer holds significance beyond the world of Bridgerton. However, the British class system does persist, evident in the distinct separation of the "connected" and the "unconnected", mainly observed in the enclosures at prestigious events such as Royal Ascot and Henley Regatta.

Attendance at one of the UK's traditional events presents a remarkable opportunity to immerse oneself in the splendour of England. You may even encounter British royalty, so being well-prepared for such an encounter is advisable! On a beautiful, sunny day, there's no better place to be than savouring a refreshing glass of Pimms and savouring the delightful crunch of a cucumber sandwich whilst cheering on your favourite team of rowers or your chosen new four-legged friend.
